Dynamis is an ancient Greek term for potentiality: the capacity to become, to act or to bring something into being. It names the space between what a person could do and the conditions that allow them to do it.

A NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR EARLY ENTREPRENEURIAL CAREERS
Dynamis Network Association is a national, non-partisan membership network strengthening entrepreneurial pathways for people aged 16–30.
We establish universities and colleges as the educational anchors of locally delivered ecosystems, then connect the organisations, people and resources needed to turn capability into practical action.

WHAT GUIDES US
PURPOSE — To strengthen the agency, economic participation and long-term career resilience of people aged 16–30 by making entrepreneurial capability a mainstream part of the transition from education into working life.
MISSION — To increase participation in entrepreneurial careers by strengthening the institutions, organisations, partnerships, networks and regional ecosystems that support them.
VISION — A United Kingdom in which every young person can pursue entrepreneurship as a realistic, accessible and supported career pathway, regardless of background, geography or existing connections.
ORIGIN
FROM A HOUSE OF COMMONS WORKSHOP TO A NATIONAL NETWORK
In November 2025, founder Cherriss Manzi convened a House of Commons workshop on youth entrepreneurship and the changing routes into working life.
The discussion exposed a shared problem. The UK has substantial enterprise education and business support, but too many young people lose momentum between learning, practical action and the next relevant relationship or resource. Dynamis was formed to address that structural gap.
FOUNDER
CHERRiss v MANZI · FOUNDER
Cherry Manzi is an entrepreneur and business-development leader with experience building ventures, developing partnerships and supporting early-stage founders.
Her earlier work began with digital business-startup learning for sixth-form students and expanded through university partnerships. She later co-founded and led a mobile entrepreneurship-learning platform tested by approximately 5,000 young people and introduced through more than 23 universities.
That experience showed that education can build knowledge and confidence, but knowledge alone is not enough. People also need continuity, relevant relationships and practical routes into action. This insight became the foundation of Dynamis.
INDEPENDENCE
NON-PARTISAN. EVIDENCE-LED. ACCOUNTABLE TO PURPOSE.
Dynamis will engage with government, political parties and public institutions wherever that can improve policy and practice. It will not endorse political parties or allow funding relationships to determine its conclusions.
Governance, principal partnerships, funding relationships and major policy positions will be published as the Association develops.
