Dynamis is a national, non-partisan membership network for organisations and people who want entrepreneurial careers to become a realistic, accessible and supported part of working life.
FOUNDING PHASE
FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP IS FREE
There is no charge to join during the founding phase. Founding status recognises active participation in creating the network. It does not confer ownership, permanent control or preferential influence over Dynamis policy.
Future organisational membership or partnership fees, if introduced, will be published clearly. We intend participation for people aged 16–30 to remain free.

UNIVERSITIES & COLLEGES — Higher-education and further-education institutions anchoring learning, progression and civic relationships.
ENTERPRISE & EMPLOYMENT — Business-support organisations, accelerators, incubators, Youth Hubs, employment services and charities.
GOVERNMENT & PLACE — Local and combined authorities, public bodies and organisations shaping regional skills and growth.
BUSINESS & RESOURCES — Employers, banks, investors, technology companies, professional services and foundations.
PEOPLE & PRACTICE — Young founders, aspiring entrepreneurs, freelancers, portfolio professionals, mentors, researchers, educators and advisers.
ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP
MEMBERSHIP IS A CONTRIBUTION, NOT A BADGE
Members are asked to:
• Support the purpose and principles of Dynamis.
• Contribute relevant knowledge, evidence and practical experience.
• Collaborate, share effective practice and take part in relevant working groups.
• Support useful introductions, partnership and referral opportunities.
• Use EntreComp where relevant to map contribution and identify capability or resource gaps.
• Respect the distinct identities, methods and delivery roles of other members.
• Accept that constructive disagreement is compatible with membership.

WHAT MEMBERS CAN ACCESS AND SHAPE
CONNECTION — National and regional relationships, referral opportunities and access to founder, mentor and expert networks.
EVIDENCE — Research, member insight, ecosystem mapping and a clearer picture of provision, gaps and outcomes.
COLLABORATION — Working groups, shared learning, events and opportunities to develop programmes or policy together.
FRAMEWORK — An EntreComp-based language for mapping capability and contribution without replacing existing methods.
REPRESENTATION — A collective voice in youth employment, enterprise, skills, education and economic participation.
INDEPENDENCE
INDEPENDENT ENOUGH TO SPEAK CREDIBLY. REPRESENTATIVE ENOUGH TO SPEAK LEGITIMATELY.
No member, funder or commercial partner determines Dynamis policy, research conclusions or appointments.
Dynamis will represent areas of genuine consensus and reflect material differences transparently when consensus does not exist. Funding and partnership relationships will be structured to protect the Association’s purpose and independence.
