CONVENE
Create the spaces in which education, enterprise, employment, government and business can solve shared problems together. This includes member forums, working groups, roundtables and national events.

Build practical routes between organisations and people: referrals, regional relationships, founder and mentor networks, employer links and access to finance, technology and professional support.

STRENGTHEN
Map provision, identify gaps, share effective practice and improve continuity without replacing member programmes or imposing one methodology.

Build credible evidence and an independent national voice for early entrepreneurial careers across policy, education, skills and economic participation.
ENTRECOMP
A COMMON LANGUAGE FOR ENTREPRENEURIAL CAPABILITY
Dynamis uses EntreComp as a shared reference architecture. Developed by the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre, EntreComp describes entrepreneurship through 15 competences across three connected areas.
IDEAS AND OPPORTUNITIES
Spotting opportunities, creativity, vision, valuing ideas, and ethical and sustainable thinking.
RESOURCES
Self-awareness and self-efficacy, motivation and perseverance, mobilising resources, financial and economic literacy, and mobilising others.
INTO ACTION
Taking initiative, planning and management, coping with uncertainty, ambiguity and risk, working with others, and learning through experience.
Members do not have to replace their curriculum or programme. EntreComp allows different forms of provision to be understood in relation to one another, making strengths, gaps and potential referrals easier to see.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP ROADMAP
A ROADMAP, NOT ANOTHER PROGRAMME
The Dynamis Entrepreneurship Roadmap maps capability development and practical support across Exposure, Exploration, Starting, Building and Growing.
It shows what exists, where a person might go next and which organisation is best placed to help. A referral is not complete when a link is sent. The aim is a supported connection with enough follow-through to protect momentum.

TECHNOLOGY

Digital infrastructure can support mapping, membership, referrals, communication and evaluation. But entrepreneurial progress also depends on trust, judgement, relationships and access to real people and opportunities.
Dynamis is human infrastructure first. Technology supports the connections; it does not replace them.
