A Dynamis hub is not a demand that a university build every service in-house. The institution provides an educational centre of gravity. Specialist members and local partners contribute what they do best.
Dynamis helps map those contributions, identify gaps, create referral routes and connect local activity to national learning and representation.

Founding universities and colleges will help test the Dynamis model, develop the Entrepreneurship Roadmap and define how a university-anchored ecosystem should operate in different places. Participation can begin with a focused working relationship rather than a large new programme.
1 — Nominate an institutional lead and identify relevant departments, services and existing programmes.
2 — Map current provision and the external organisations already supporting entrepreneurial progression.
3 — Identify one or two critical gaps or transition points to test through better referral or collaboration.
4 — Contribute evidence, learning and participant voice to the national network.
